4. Keep calm 

 It can be difficult in a crisis situation, but panicking will only make things worse. Stay as calm as possible and think through each decision before acting on it. 

5. Create a plan 

 Once you’ve had a chance to rest and regroup, start thinking about what your next steps should be. If you can, create a concrete plan of action so you know what to do next. One of the first things you need to do when shopping for groceries is to make a list of what you need. This will help you stay organized and focused while you're shopping. You should also try to stick to buying items that are on sale or that are in season. This will help you save money and get the most bang for your buck. Some of the essential items that you should always have on hand include:

-Bread

-Milk

-Eggs

-Cheese

-Butter

-Meat (chicken, beef, pork)

-Vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions)

-Fruit (apples, bananas, oranges)

-Canned goods (soups, tomatoes, beans)
