AITA: Husband doesn’t respect what I do outside of wifely duties.


The author of the post revealed that when she started working from home, her husband treated it as if she was not really working and thus bothered her with various things. The woman saw that her partner was diminishing her work because he didn’t believe in such a concept as working from home, and because of this reason, she decided to put a lock on the room that serves as her home office. 
Hon, you are his wife and you owe it to him. Make love to your husband please, whether you still love him or not.  Buy him something pretty since he appears to feel emasculated. If you cannot afford to be the man, get another job because you're going to need it. 
Or you can leave and let a series of men satisfy you sexually and leave you (probably). His mom was right and if you care about your family you will put your time and talent into them instead of some empty job. If you value your job (hopefully at this cost it is a career) then politely leave and let some other woman, more simple-minded than you, fill the space.
