CUTTING THE CORD IS HARD. I cut the cord recently because I want to save money . I cannot afford to be so entertained. My entertainment budget was unnecessarily high.đ°đ°đ° Done. Paid the past due and was able to get rid of the television cable portion. I got an antenna in spite of the fact my house came with a huge antenna. (I don’t know if it is operable.) Now, I can watch free TV like we used to do. I mostly still watch SNL Seinfeld , King of Queens , Everybody Loves Raymond , Adventures of Old New Christine , etcetera, except that I cannot watch those programs because I no longer pay for cable TV. I can stream these shows and more but turning to the lineup just before bed was a habit of laughter to which I had become accustomed. I don’t ask for much. So why can’t I just turn to these channels? These channels have paid licensing agreements with cable companies to broadcast these syndicated shows . I did not understand that these were not channe...
