Leslie’s Breakfast Cookie
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup Splenda
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 pink Himalayan salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup applesauce
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tsp lemon flavoring and or lemon zest
Add
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup blueberries
2 teaspoons turmeric
1 teaspoon ginger powder
Combine, pat into a 9x9 parchment lined pan, score and cut before baking. Bake at 350 F for 30 min.
